"Sammie"
When Sammie left me for the first time, he was my favorite male from this litter. He had personality plus with a beautiful body and lovely movement. He also had a beautiful expression. When he came back I still loved him. As luck would have it, the perfect home became available almost immediately so I had to give up handsome Sammie yet again. But I could not be happier. Al, Robin, and Ashley Schemel embraced Sammie with love. And Sammie made fast friends with Tiger so he has both a loving human family and a fun dog friend.
Sammie made his debut in a big way. He took best of breed at his first lure trial, earned his GRC in four days of racing over two weekends and then repeated the same path to his ORC! In fact, he was undefeated in any race while he competed for both his GRC and his ORC. He also took the points at his first conformation show. What a start! Looks like the Schemels will have a ton of fun with this fellow.
The photo above was created by the Schemels. Thank you Al, Robin, and Ashley for all the love you have given Sammie. May he grace your lives for many years to come.

Here is Sammie stacked. He is a handsome boy with a bright brindle coat and a sweet, outgoing personality. These top three photos were taken either by Sherita Tabner, Ellisa Mitchell or myself.
This is a photo showing Sammie's lovely front. As you can tell, he has substantial coat. I made sure to take a bunch of photos because this coat won't last. No, it is poised to start leaping off of his body in massive clumps, I fear.

Sammie's profile.

I still love this boy's face. I extend a heartfelt thank you to Sherita Tabner and Ellisa Mitchell for helping me get these lovely photos.

On April 1, 2007 as we were trying to dry out from the wettest March on record, I took some photos of the dogs. Here is a photo of Mr. Sammie checking out some activity next door. Too bad baths do not last.
Sammie has made himself right at home in the Schemel household! This photo was taken by the Schemels.
Not only has Sammie made himself at home, but he has become best friends with Tiger. They are constant companions. Obviously this includes during nap time. The Schemels took this picture.
No greater love. I am deeply appreciative of the Schemels for providing Sammie with such a warm, loving home. Photo by the Schemels

What a silly, happy face! Funny Sammie.

Ana Midgarden was kind enough to take this photo of Sammie for me. He was 9 months of age at the time of this photo.

Here is another photo of Sammie a year later at the 2009 LGRA Nationals.
